Celebrity Chef Chen Hong Food hunt in Penang - last

After so long i finally write up a simple conclusion of Celebrity Chef Chen Hong. Below are some of the picture taken during the "Personal Assistant - PA" duty. I was supposed to follow him along but ended up I became Celebrity Chef Chen Hong's PA. It was a fun and exciting experience, following  a celebrity day in and day out.

Chef Chen Hong attended our Penang Dragon Boat festival at Teluk Bahang Dam. He was interview by the eTV.

Although being a PA is a full time job but i didn't forget to entertain myself with my friend here, Lim Louis.

After the festival, we continue the food hunt. Loh Mee, Malay food and malay laksa.

Celebrity Chef Chen Hong with fan, Darren and Michelle from Eaterland.

Chef Chen Hong at Sugar at straits quay, with our little helper LT.

Celebrity Chef Chen Hong, Chef Billy and Chef Park having their Siam Road Char Koay Teow

Lunch at Nyonya breeze and tea break at Apong Guan.

Penang Road Famous Chendul.

Best fish head noodle you can find in Penang.

Grilled fish at Song river, me, Chef Chen Hong and Chef Vincent.

After days with the celebrity i polish up some skills on posing except the leg :)

Fine dinning at the Chin.

Mirror mirror on the wall? ops is on the ceiling.

Fine dinning + Fire soup!!! What a memorable dinner :)

East Coast BBQ grill fish. One of best, clean and well maintained kopitiam in the Penang.

So it is easy to be a PA? Being a celebrity is hard and a full time job. Being a PA is even a harder and double full time job. Why? Celebrity need to maintain image so they will have to rest sometime. Being a PA, we work during celebrity work, work even when they rest. So if people said wah syok-nya you was Celebrity Chef Chen Hong PA once. I was KO for 1 week after two weeks with the Celebrity. Although it is a tiring job but it is definitely exciting and fun one.

Here i would like to thank you all that give me the opportunity to try out this job. It definitely a lifetime best experience. A special thank you Celebrity Chef Chen Hong as he taught me a lot things, such as social skill, talking skill and handling skill. Last but not least Thank you Food digest for the opportunity.
