25 November 2013, Monday, Penang - in conjunction with Eastin Hotel Penang upcoming December promotion Eastin Hotel Penang is pleased to offer you a variety of international flavors. Come and savour Eastin Hotel Penang exquisite international specialties that will tantalize your taste buds. 

Among the distinctive delicacies to look for are shown below: 

Roulade de Saumon au Fromage Creme (French Salmon Roulade with Cream Cheese Platter). It is one of the MUST TRY dish while you were there. It is rich and fresh despite i am not a raw food fan but this turn out great. 

Spanish Trip of Tapas. They were sardine in citrus, peppers & herb, Cheese, turkey slices with dry apricot and egg plant & caviar. shown below.

Egg plant & caviar serve on a cracker for extra crunchy texture. Well season mesh egg plant with salty caviar. Yum!

Fresh sardine in citrus, peppers & herb really a good combination. I don't like sardine as they were smelly n messy in texture but you should try this fresh one, it was GOOD.

 Cheese, turkey slices with dry apricot. To me it is a soso dish.

Classic Italian Cream of Tomato, abit too sweet to my liking. So i will pass this.

Korean Bulgogi, a great juicy piece of beef. 

Indian Curry Fish Head with Vegetables, great with rice but i am not going to have rice for buffet though.

Hong Kong Style Roast Duck with BBQ Sweet Sauce. Not thing much to shout about.

Brazilian Chicken with Coconut Milk (Frango comleite de coco Brasileira). It is rich creamy sauce give the chicken extra point. Must try. 

Chinese classical ‘Loh Han Chai’ with Yam Ring

French Prawn Persillade.

American Dark Chocolate Mud Cake, i am a dessert fellow so cakes and dessert at Eastin Hotel Penang always make me happy :)
